Vinification
The gentle pressing of the grapes has been followed by vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature; fermentation began using selected yeasts. Then the wine was left to mature in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Tasting notes
Colour: straw yellow, tending copper.
Bouquet: The marvelous, intense aroma of white peach is the star in a composition that also includes delicate white blossoms.
Taste: the special intensity of white peach returns in the mouth. A taste in which stand out a known initial freshness and acidity. A full-bodied wine with a dry finish.

Serving temperature
12-14°C / 54-57°F

Serving suggestions
Herb-flavoured dishes, elaborate antipasti. Particularly suitable for combinations with fish dishes.
